FAQS
Discovering Who You Are: In a way that you may never have known before.
Peace, Reflection, Introspection, Understanding: Amidst breathtaking natural landscapes gain perspective on what your life is about and the influence you have on the world.
Emotional Discovery: Confront the things you’ve avoided for years and walk away with a new sense of clarity and purpose.
Faith and Spiritual Connection: Reconnect with your faith, whether it’s in God, nature, or something bigger than yourself.
Brotherhood: Forge lifelong bonds with men who face the same struggles as you, men who will become your friends, mentors, and confidants for years to come.
By reading all of these FAQs you may come away with an idea of what we are doing, but you won't know how it all fits together until the Camp experience itself. These can be very powerful experiences that may be uncomfortable for some. Don't dismiss the preparation as too simple or unnecessary. It's all necessary!
Also, to set proper expectations, while Kelly has had experience with extreme survival situations just like some of the ones you have seen on TV, we are not doing those here. We will be doing limited survival training, but nothing like the things you have seen on the programs. Personal interactions between all members will handle most of our activities.
Executive Camp is for men—CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives—ready to leave their comfortable lives for one week to embrace something real and personal. This is for those who are tired of feeling empty and want to reconnect with the person they were meant to be and their family.
This is for executives who have all the money in the world and yet their lives are a mess. This is for those who order people around and think about nothing but themselves or money. This is for those whose employees can't stand them and are anxiously looking for a better job anywhere.
This is for those who want to change all of that.
Your next step isn’t in the boardroom. It’s in the wilderness, with a group of men who know what it means to live with success—but also with emptiness. Here, you’ll find clarity, brotherhood, and purpose.
Most people wonder where they come from, why they are here and where they are going after they die. It's like they got thrown into the middle of a three act play not knowing what happened in the first act nor seeing the script for the third. Many successful executives have what they thought would make them happy, yet they're miserable, but the last thing they want to do is admit that or think about giving up any of it. Everybody else has to change because they are at the peak of success and they don't have to listen to anyone. They are filled with pride, and not the good kind.
If you are in that category, join us. Rediscover yourself.
We only accept 16 people to each Executive Camp, which costs $23,500 for the one-week adventure (a $10,000 deposit is required). For some people, this may sound expensive. For others, no big deal. If you want to compare it to going to Disneyland, just go there. Have fun, ride the roller coasters and live in fantasy land and return to the same old problems waiting for you, that in many cases, just got bigger because you weren't there for a week and no one else could fix them.
All food, lodging and transportation is included to and from the events, along with a support team of approximately 6-10 people. There are no refunds for any reason. See the Restrictions section below.
Yes, several. You'll need to bring a minimum of $1000 in cash to the camp. You will find out what happens to this later, as it won't be coming back with you and it won't go to us.
Several other outside expenses will total more than $2500 before you arrive and is part of the preparation. We will send them to you once you register for the retreat, and will require approximately 20-40 hours of work over 3 months and cannot be delegated.
All lodging and activities will be near North Fork, California, not far from Yosemite National Park. Choose the date that works best for you:
1-June 2-7, 2025
2-August 11-16, 2025
3-September 8-13, 2025
More Dates are coming.
Go to this page to sign up and pay your deposit to reserve your spot.
To be part of this experience, you must commit to a 4-8 week preparation process. This can’t be delegated, postponed, or skipped. It’s as critical as the retreat itself.
1-Of course, you will bring the regular changes of clothing, toiletries, etc. that you would take on any trip, but don't bring anything fancy. Wear hiking boots, sturdy pants, both long and short-sleeved work shirts, etc. Bring some working clothes that you won't mind getting very dirty in. Bring good gloves and a wide brim hat for sun protection. 13-Bring one pair of clothes that you care nothing about as they will be destroyed. The rougher the better. You will not bring these back. A complete set of clothing and equipment will be provided upon registration. More details later will be sent with information about weather preparation.
2-You will need to obtain a temporary California Fishing License for the dates of the camp. Go to this website and select the one or two day "Short Term Sport Fishing Licenses".
3-You will fill out an extensive Personality Profile for our professional to diagnose.
4-You must bring a 4 Generation Genealogy chart showing your Family History. Please make an account at either FamilySearch.org (its free) or Ancestry.org (paid). More details on this later.
5-To participate in this experience, you will send forms to your Spouse, Children, Friends, Employees, Co-Workers, Customers, etc. that will come back to our secure server, not to you.
6-Be prepared to get uncomfortable.
By the time you arrive at Executive Camp, you won’t just be stepping into a retreat—you’ll be entering a transformational experience where you’ll be faced with stark realities as to what is really happening in your life and to those that are closest to you.
You’ll live most of the time in a luxurious glamping resort, but also in the brutal wilderness—with nothing but your fellow men and the raw elements.
You’ll participate in mountain man activities while confronting the emotional baggage that has been holding you back. You will also learn about the fears that are causing your poor decisions.
There are several things that are part of the camp that we aren't putting on this chart. Just be prepared for anything!
Yes, and this is not a complete list:
1-There will be no alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc.
2-There will be no sexual relations of any kind with anyone during this camp.
3-All medications must be noted and given to our medical staff for storage.
4-No one will ridicule anyone for their beliefs or experiences, BUT there will be challenges and questions that must be defended by each participant (more on this later).
5-Safety is number one on every excursion. You are not required to do any activity and can back out at any time, but as noted below, there are no refunds.
6-Details and plans may change based on a variety of reasons.
7-What you see presented on this website and what is emailed to you may or may not represent the actual activities we will participate in.
8-You will sign a wavier in order to join. There is inherent danger in every activity and the possibility of death exists. Of course, the same is true while driving your car, but we do recommend you have all the proper paperwork filled out in case something happens that causes your demise.
9-There are no refunds for any reason. We will incur great expenses that cannot be returned in terms of food, transportation, legal, accommodations, speakers, staff, tests, activities, etc. Because of the preparation time required we will not be able to replace your spot with someone else.
10-You are responsible for all travel to get to the Fresno Airport on the Saturday or Sunday before the chosen camp date. We will pick you up at that airport at a specific time. Be prepared to wait a few hours there if needed. Once there, we will take you around to the various activity locations.
11-We know that you are a businessman and that there are times when something comes up that you will need to take care of. We are only scheduling 30 minutes each morning or evening to take care of necessary business. Get your business life organized so you won't have distractions that will get things off focus during the Camp.
12-Don't bring any electronics of any kind. If you want to change your life, we can't have you going back into your old life every time you have some alone time. You will be provided a Journal and a Pen to write as much as you want and to take notes.
All photos on this website are for illustrative purposes only. They may or may not represent what activities we will be doing at the Executive Camp. They are Stock Photos intended to show outdoor life and wilderness activities, many of which are taken from around the world and cannot be done from the location of our camp within a 2-hour radius of driving. For several reasons, many of the things we will be doing are not shown on this website.
